I was new to town and discovered that the apartment I was helping move my son into would not be available for another month. With a U-Haul loaded with furniture and arriving on a weekend, I needed to quickly find a place to safely store the furniture. Even though it was a Saturday afternoon, Kevin promptly called me and walked me through the process remotely so I could pull right up to the gate with a secure password, find the unit quickly and unload the furniture before dark.
